Florida Homestead Help ("the Service") is operated by Leap21 LLC. We provide property tax savings analysis and filing guidance for Florida homeowners. Our service includes:

• Free property tax savings checks using public records
• Personalized savings reports identifying missing exemptions
• Paid filing kits with pre-filled forms and step-by-step instructions

What We Are Not

We are not a law firm, tax advisor, CPA, or government agency. We provide informational tools and guidance based on publicly available data. We do not file forms on your behalf — you are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting any forms to your county property appraiser.

Our savings estimates are based on standard millage rates and may not reflect your exact tax bill. Actual savings depend on your county's final millage rates and your property's specific circumstances.

Data Accuracy

Our analysis uses data from the Florida Department of Revenue's public data portal. While we take care to process this data accurately, we cannot guarantee that the underlying public records are error-free. We recommend verifying your property's exemption status directly with your county property appraiser.

Purchases and Refunds

Filing kits are one-time purchases. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Eligibility

The Florida Homestead Exemption is available to Florida residents who own and occupy their property as their primary residence as of January 1 of the tax year. You must hold legal or equitable title to the property. Our service helps identify properties that may be eligible — final eligibility is determined by your county property appraiser.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leap21 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
